For more information, visit YOU’LL DO:Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual US income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740Prepare quarterly estimated tax paymentsSupport the preparation and review of the annual federal and state income tax returnsPrepare working papers for annual property tax returnsManage multiple administrative filings like business license renewal and FBAR etc.Support the monthly close and ensure that it is completed correctly and timelyWork with Senior Tax Manager on direct and indirect tax audits include working with the tax authorities and providing response for noticesPerform ad hoc duties as assignedYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Accounting or Finance degree with CPA or Chartered Accountant certification preferredA minimum of 3-5 years of US corporate income tax experience with working knowledge of indirect taxMust be a problem solver, adaptable, a team player, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator (both verbal and written)Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in dynamic environment while consistently exercising good judgmentAbility to manage multiple projects independently, with minimal supervisionPossess positive attitudeExpert proficiency with ExcelExperience in ASC 740/FAS 109 preferredBig 4 or multinational company experience preferredExperience with Net Suite a plus BENEFITS:Competitive salariesMedical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your familyFully paid premiums for Term life insurancePersonal Accident InsuranceFlexible hours and PTOMental wellness platform subscriptionGym and fitness reimbursementChildcare reimbursement Equal Employment Opportunity:At Egnyte, we celebrate our unique differences and thrive on ourdiversity for our employees, our products, our customers, our investors, and our communities.
