Competencies, Experience and Skills Required:


A. Min 2 to 3 years in direct sales, corporate sales, channel sales etc.
(Pref. - Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Financial Services, Banking Companies, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Telecom, Hardware & Construction Material will be a plus)
B. Good knowledge of prospecting, lead management, sales process & day to day reporting
C. Quick learner & ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
D. Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money, cheques and understanding of at least some finance related terminology
E. Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) of English and Kannada / Hindi (other languages will be a plus)
F. Aggressive, customer-centric approach, relationship oriented, high energy levels to sustain sales and marketing programs.
G. Willingness to convert lead in to Sale & to achieve weekly as well as monthly target
H. Decent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point as a minimum)
