Provide operational support and administration across the Azure environment using Cloud Management Platforms (CMPs).  Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot issues in Azure environments, including Subscriptions, RBAC, Policies, and Cost Management.  Handle incident and service request management via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution.  Support day-to-day operations, including resource provisioning, subscription governance, access control, and billing validations.  Participate in on-call rotation to handle escalated issues in a 24×7 support model.  Collaborate with peers, engineering, and vendor teams for operational continuity.  Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce incidents, and enhance customer experience.   Qualification:   B. E /B. Tech/ M.
