Job Description: Oracle Cloud Engineer (ERP, Paa S, APEX, DB, and AI Integration) Position Title: Oracle Cloud Engineer (ERP, Paa S, APEX, DB, and AI Integration) Location: Remote Experience: 5-8 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Paa S (Platform as a Service), Oracle APEX, and Database Administration (DBA), along with the ability to develop and manage custom extensions and APEX UIs. The role requires experience in migrating and maintaining production databases, developing stored procedures, and integrating AI-based solutions for ERP systems. A basic understanding of cloud platforms such as  GCP ,  AWS , or  Azure is essential. The candidate should also be passionate about self-learning and growth in the AI and cloud integration space. Key Responsibilities: Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation & Customization : Work on integrations, API development, and extend ERP functionality with custom extensions. Paa S (Platform as a Service) Management : Work with Oracle Paa S offerings to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications. Ensure smooth deployment and management of cloud-based services for Oracle ERP integrations. Database Administration (DBA) : Perform Oracle Cloud DBA tasks, including database provisioning, tuning, and migration. Perform migration tasks for databases, ensuring the seamless transfer of data between environments. Manage and close production databases while ensuring data consistency and performance. APEX Development : Develop and deploy APEX applications (UIs, forms, reports) to extend Oracle ERP functionality. Create and optimize stored procedures, PL/SQL code, and custom APEX-based solutions to enhance user experience and business logic. AI Integration : Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into Oracle Cloud ERP. Ensure that AI models and processes work seamlessly with Oracle ERP and Paa S environments. Cloud Infrastructure & Basic Cloud Skills : Implement and maintain cloud-based services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), as well as other platforms like  AWS ,  Azure , or  GCP . Work with cloud infrastructure for resource management, performance tuning, and scalable solutions. Collaboration & Self-Learning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of ERP-related solutions. Engage in self-training and grow your skills in new technologies, particularly in cloud infrastructure and AI-based solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 5 to 7 years in Oracle Cloud ERP, Paa S, APEX, and Database Administration (DBA). Technical Skills : Oracle Paa S : Hands-on experience with Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (Paa S) offerings. Oracle APEX : Proficiency in developing APEX applications, custom UIs, and stored procedures. Database Skills : Experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA), migration, performance tuning, and managing production databases. PL/SQL : Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing PL/SQL code and stored procedures. Cloud Platforms : Basic knowledge of  AWS ,  GCP , or  Azure environments. AI Integration : Basic experience with integrating AI into business applications (especially in ERP environments). Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for self-learning and keeping up with new technologies, particularly in cloud computing
