Role: We are seeking a seasoned Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Azure cloud services, and React JS. Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications using Spring Boot.- Lead the architecture and implementation of microservice-based systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and technology that align with business goals.- Oversee the deployment of applications on the Azure cloud platform, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture.- Mentor and guide team members in Java and React JS development, promoting best practices in code quality and agility.- Manage the full software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to the agreed-upon standards and practices.- Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the software development industry to incorporate into potential project improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and building RESTful services.- Proven experience in designing and implementing applications using microservices architecture.- Proficient with Microsoft Azure cloud services and managing scalable cloud-based applications.- Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React JS.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers.
