Position: Senior Engineering Manager

Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our software development team as a Senior Engineering Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our engineering efforts, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software products with zero defects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and guiding junior team and manage a team of software developers to deliver sprint goals on time and with zero defects.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, project managers, and stakeholders, to prioritize tasks, plan sprints effectively, and align engineering efforts with business objectives. Drive the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using technologies such as .NET Core, Application Security, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Web Services, relational databases, SQL. Hands on experience with front-end development platforms like Flutter would be a big plus. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to maintain code quality, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the engineering roadmap, incorporating new technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, pub-sub systems, and NoSQL databases like degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong technical skills with expertise in .NET Core, Application Security, ASP.NET, Flutter, JavaScript, Web Services, relational databases, SQL, and front-end development platforms like Flutter. Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, pub-sub systems, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering excellence in every aspect of software development. Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
