About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in our data governance initiatives.

You will work under broad supervision to analyze our business and technology landscape, and actively participate in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise data governance program.

This program will encompass standards, procedures, processes, technologies, documentation, training materials, and more.

You will leverage your expertise with the OneTrust platform to ensure efficient data mapping, discovery, cataloging, and assessments.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze the enterprise business and technology environment to identify data governance needs and opportunities.

- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the enterprise data governance program, including standards, procedures, processes, and supporting technologies.

- Utilize the OneTrust platform for data mapping, data discovery, data catalog creation, and data privacy assessments.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external audiences, catering to both technical and non-technical users.

- Support the creation and delivery of knowledge transfer materials and training programs for data governance best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure program alignment and adoption.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the data governance program and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data governance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience working with enterprise data governance programs.

- In-depth knowledge and experience with the OneTrust platform, including Data Mapping, Data Discovery, Data Catalog, and Assessments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience creating clear, concise, and well-organized documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under broad supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
