Position Overview:We are looking for a talented Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate must be based in Kolkata or a nearby location, as this is an on-site position.You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product professionals to design, implement, and optimize backend services that power innovative, cloud-driven, and AI-enabled applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and middleware components using Python.- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality software.- Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.- Build and manage integrations with third-party services, databases, and internal systems.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with best practices.- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with a focus on backend and middleware systems.- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) — including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.- Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience integrating them into backend workflows.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).- Experience working with microservice architectures.- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of web, cloud, and AI technologies.- A dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages learning, innovation, and professional growth.How to Apply:If you’re passionate about building intelligent, high-performing backend systems, we’d love to hear from you.Please send your resume/CV to with the subject line: “Python Developer Application – (Your Name)”
