Job Description:Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational settingProficiency with instructional design software and authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, MS 365 Suite, Video, audio and recording tools etcStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)Ability to design flyers, process flow diagrams and create content effectivelyConduct needs analysis to understand client objectives and audienceDevelop multimedia content with SME collaborationDesign detailed storyboards and scriptsEnsure quality through testing and QA processesManage projects, timelines, and budgets effectivelyCollaborate closely with clients, providing regular updates and gathering feedbackProvide training and support to clients and end-usersEvaluate module effectiveness and iterate as neededCreate documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
