Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production designs for machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and maintain designs using Solidworks
  • Build Fabrication and Production Designs
  • New Product Design and Engineering
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Reverse Engineering of new designs based on available data
  • Guide Production team on design implementation
  • Locate and identify suitable vendors for materials included in design
  • Communication with vendors for bought out items

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
  • Past experience in OWC machines will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Solidworks is a must
  • Should have strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Torque calculations and heat transfer
  • Knowledge of Hydraulic systems
  • Should possess knowledge of sheet metal fabrication
  • Minimum 5 years Experience in Machinery and equipment design using Solidworks

You will report to our production unit at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
