About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor & Social Media Executive
who can edit engaging video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, platform-specific requirements, and the ability to create content that resonates with online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for
    Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other platforms
    .
  • Add graphics, captions, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video storytelling.
  • Repurpose existing content for different social media platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    trends, algorithms, and best practices
    on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging media sites.
  • Work closely with the marketing/content team to align video output with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize video formats and sizes for each platform to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Video Editor
    with a strong portfolio (Instagram/YouTube samples preferred).
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as
    Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
    .
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, emerging apps).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of
    social media analytics
    is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
  • Experience in creating motion graphics and animations.
  • Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and content optimization.
