General Summary :

Equabli are looking for a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help reimagine and reinvent how collections and recoveries are done in the US.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Engineer who has previously worked at tech scale-up or disruptor (or who has equivalent experience), delivered significant growth and knows what to expect from the challenges of a scaling company / start up.

We work in an agile fashion, small cross functional squads, with daily stand-ups and fortnightly retrospectives. You'll bring new ideas and become an integral part of the process of continuously improving our product.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Must Have :

- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.

- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / Argo CD and GitHub Actions to automate software delivery processes.

- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts for packaging and deployment.

- Implement and maintain security measures for data, network, and applications to ensure compliance with SOC 2 and protect sensitive information.

- Have hands on experience is AWS.

- Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, PostgreSQL/Amazon RDS, AWS Lambda and VPC.

- Monitor infrastructure resources and application performance using monitoring tools and implement alerts and notifications for proactive management.

- Maintain version control of infrastructure code and application code using Git and to Have :


- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like MS Tune.

- Understanding of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.

- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure high availability and data integrity.

- Configure and manage network security measures, including firewall configurations, VPN setup.

- Write scripts for automation and orchestration tasks to improve operational efficiency.

- Experience working in Scrum or Agile development.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience : 4-7 years of experience

Education : Bachelor's degree on computer science, information systems, information technology or related disciplines. (ref:hirist.tech)
