Elevate Financial Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead (Full Stack) to lead our dynamic development team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing robust full-stack solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions using .NetCore for backend and Angular for frontend development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable software applications.
Lead and mentor other developers in technology, best practices through pair programming
Partner with architects to maintain and drive technical product roadmap
Database Management:
Design, implement, and manage databases using MS SQL for relational data and Cosmos DB/Mongo DB for NoSQL data.
Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Utilize Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, automating deployment processes.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance infrastructure and deployment capabilities.
Continuous Integration and Deployment:
Implement and maintain Azure DevOps Pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Ensure reliable and efficient release processes, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing automation.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and foster knowledge sharing.
Domain Knowledge:
If applicable, leverage experience in the Finance/Loan domain to bring domain-specific insights and expertise to the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required; advanced degree(s) preferred
Must have:
§ Proficiency in .NetCore for backend development.
§ Strong expertise in Angular for frontend development.
§ Experience with MS SQL for relational databases.
§ Familiarity with Cosmos DB or Mongo DB for NoSQL databases.
§ Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
§ Senior-level software engineer (8+ years)
§ Experience with TDD automation, scripting, and other quality assurance tools and approaches (e.g., Selenium, Sealights)
§ Development experience with all areas of an n-tier system (UI, business logic, messaging, ESB/EAI processing, database structures, stored procedures, microservices, Single Sign-on etc.)
§ Working knowledge of Microsoft networking, servers, and WAN infrastructure
§ Deep competency developing system requirements from interviews and business artifacts (technical requirements definition from formal business requirements, user stories, or simulations)
§ Excellent interpersonal skills with users, business analysts, and architects
§ Structured methods of conducting the design and analysis phases of the development cycle (object oriented analysis, object oriented design, etc.)
§ Experience using prototyping or simulation as a method for collecting requirements
§ Proficient use of all languages supported within the team
§ SDLC discipline and an unfailing commitment to quality
§ Working knowledge developing to APIs and RPCs
§ Experience conducting software feasibility and risk analysis studies
§ Desired: Large-scale design and implementation skills with broad and deep experience in algorithms, service bus, and multi-threaded programming (5+ years’ C/C++/C#/JAVA/etc. experience)
§ Unit Tests experience
§ Solid experience in an Agile or DevOps environment with a test-driven approach to software development
