JobDescription: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCMSpecialist to manage and optimize our Human Capital Management(HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inOrganizational Management (OM) Personnel Administration (PA) TimeManagement and Payroll processes. You will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of our HCM system integrating it withother platforms and providing solutions that align with SAP bestpractices.

KeyResponsibilities:

SAP HCMModule Management:

Manage and optimizethe SAP HCM modules including OM PA Time Management and Payroll forover 15000 users.

Ensure accurate and timelypayroll processing and reporting.

SystemIntegration:

Lead and manageintegration projects with external platforms such as EY andSuccessFactors.

Integrate SAP HCM with SAPFinancial Accounting (FI) to ensure seamless data flow andreporting.

Documentation andTesting:

Develop comprehensivedocumentation for all solutions provided.

Conductthorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet businessrequirements and standards.

SolutionDevelopment:

Identify business needsand provide the best possible solutions that align with SAP bestpractices.

Collaborate with business stakeholdersto gather requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.

Support andMaintenance:

Provide ongoing supportand maintenance for the SAP HCMsystem.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ina timelymanner.

Qualifications:

Provenexperience in managing SAP HCM modules (OM PA Time ManagementPayroll).

Extensive integration experience withEY and SuccessFactors.

Strong integrationexperience with SAP FI.

Excellent documentationskills including the ability to create detailed solutiondocumentation.

Proficient in testing solutions toensure they meet business needs and technicalstandards.

Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.

Ability to work effectively in afastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

PreferredQualifications:

SAP HCMcertification.

Experience in the retailindustry.

Familiarity with SAP best practices andimplementationmethodologies.
