We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service under the brands “SkyJumper Trampoline Park” and “SkyJumper GoBananas” across 16 locations within 13 cities with attractions including Trampoline Park, Soft Play, Bowling, Laser Tag and more.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and oversee customer satisfaction, parties, and events at one of our vibrant locations.
Job Overview:
As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all guests have a positive, memorable experience at our center. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate special events, and manage party bookings, ensuring every event is smooth and seamless. This role requires a detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Experience Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and issues, ensuring a prompt and positive response to foster customer loyalty.
· Event & Party Coordination: Manage all aspects of party and event bookings, including planning, setup, guest communication, and post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
· Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
· Staff Coordination: Work closely with the operations and floor teams to ensure adequate staffing, setup, and readiness for events and support with staff training on customer service standards.
· Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive event and party bookings by actively engaging potential clients, presenting attractive packages, upselling additional services, and working with marketing to promote offerings.
· Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, working with the center team to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.
· Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer feedback, and event outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, event planning, or guest services, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (English and Hindi) with customers and team members alike.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and bookings simultaneously.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving bookings and promoting customer loyalty.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak times as required.
