As we expand our reach in the North American market, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, implement robust processes, and drive performance while building a sustainable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities Sales Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Develop performance improvement plans to ensure targets are met.
Create a collaborative environment for continuous learning and innovation.
Identify and prioritize key industries and companies aligned with Auxiliobits' offerings in RPA, AI, and hyper-automation.
Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the North American market.
Work closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities and convert leads.
Focus on prospecting and nurturing relationships with potential clients in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and finance.
Sales Process Optimization
Develop and implement streamlined sales processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage CRM tools to track progress, analyze performance, and forecast sales.
Ensure processes align with Auxiliobits’ business goals and client expectations.
KPI Achievement
Define and track sales KPIs for team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Design strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Conduct regular reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Operational Management
Handle day-to-day operational complexities, including resource allocation and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with service offerings.
Provide regular sales reports to leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations.
Key Requirements Experience :
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT services, RPA, or AI domains.
Proven track record in the North American market.
Skills :
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Expertise in building and optimizing sales processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Personal Attributes :
Proactive and results-oriented.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
