Job Summary:

Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School is looking for a smart, dynamic, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for visitors and parents. The role involves managing front desk operations, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment, handling admission counselling, and ensuring accurate data management through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures to parents and students.
  • Counsel parents and students regarding admission processes and guide them through application formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the ERP system.
  • Ensure neatness and cleanliness of the reception and front desk area at all times.
  • Manage appointments and schedules for the principal and administrative team.
  • Coordinate with various school departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with admission events, parent orientations, and open houses.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to make accurate entries and manage records in ERP software.
  • Strong multitasking ability and capability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a pleasing and professional personality.
  • Prior experience in a school front office or admission counselling is preferred.
