Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification, demonstrating deep understanding of Agile and Scrum practices. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations and a strong understanding of CRM systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Outlook integration and Email Case Creation in Dynamics Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting team efficiency within a software development environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
