Sana Raees Khan, gaining first-hand exposure to diverse and challenging legal proceedings.QUALIFICATIONS2-3 Years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) , specifically in handling Criminal Law cases and Intellectual Property Rights matters. Comprehensive knowledge of Indian Law and Judicial Procedures, with a strong ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and precedents in the fields ofCriminal Law and IPR. Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Research, and Documentation, including preparation of petitions, affidavits, and pleadings. Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills for assessing complex legal issues and contributing to litigation strategies. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills for effective client interaction and courtroom representation. Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environment, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards. Proficiency in English and Marathi language. Candidate applying for the post should be residing in Mumbai or in any other part of Maharashtra. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
