We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified  Marketing Manager  for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Tradeomatic in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy for our personal hygiene, personal care products. This individual will oversee trade marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, and e-commerce marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Work Time : 9 am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing : Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales in retail environments. Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional campaigns and ensure effective execution in-store.
Product Marketing : Lead product marketing efforts, from concept to launch. Manage product positioning, pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
Brand Marketing : Oversee brand development, positioning, and strategy to strengthen brand equity in the market. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
E-commerce Marketing : Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand presence across digital platforms. Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and online customer experience.
Market Research & Consumer Insights : Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for product and marketing innovation. Leverage data to make informed decisions on marketing strategies.
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various media (traditional, digital, and retail). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on business goals.
Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across key initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis : Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance, sales impact, and ROI.
Key Qualifications:
Experience : 8-15 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the FMCG industry, particularly in personal hygiene, personal care, and food categories.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of  trade marketing ,  product marketing ,  brand marketing , and  e-commerce marketing .
Experience in  digital marketing  and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
Ability to manage and analyze marketing budgets and drive cost-effective strategies.
Proficient in  market research , consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Education : A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with managing product launches, retail partnerships, and online marketplaces.
Understanding of consumer behavior, trend forecasting, and category management in the FMCG sector.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
