POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Analyst - Mobile, Correspondence & Web will work with multiple teams within Ocwen, focusing on the coordination required to support Ocwen’s loan servicing website portal for borrowers, company’s customer portal and specifically the new Mobile App and mobile website testing components. The Senior Analyst - Mobile will work with various management and internal teams in the fulfillment of daily website tasks, analysis, documentation and testing responsibilities. Senior Analyst - Mobile will play a key role in tracking delivery results for the company’s new electronic correspondence program, as well as help draft new departmental policies and procedures, and wireframe documentation for the current website as well as any new initiatives. The Senior Analyst - Mobile will perform ad-hoc data analysis and work with various internal and external teams to provide timely and thorough responses on root cause analysis, website data and other requested information

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help develop test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing – performing validations and capturing results. Handing end-to-end regression performance testing and production validations. Work with internal teams to create and maintain a wireframe library and documentation (including Policies and procedures and training materials) for current website functionality as well as any new features or projects being developed. Work with Testing Analysts, manage and create weekly testing status reports, review prioritization of defects in Trello board. Help the testing team develop, maintain and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Help set KPI’s to measure the number of test cases executed within a specific time period, measuring the efficiency and productivity of the testing team. Act as a liaison and coordinate between the tech team, clients, and internal/external stakeholders as needed on testing efforts and project requests Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues and help escalate priority issues when needed.  Communicate project progress to stakeholders and team members. Help the team create and maintain a digital library with Mobile app documentation, Policies and Procedures, and Training materials, screenshots and other resources to improve project archives and efficiencies. Play store/App Store Management. May support with client meetings and web demo presentations. Will report to the Web Manager Other duties as assigned
 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Graduation in Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT Minimum years of experience in website management with demonstrable experience in mobile web testing and mobile application testing Familiarity with UAT testing & test plan and test scripts Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build effective relationships internally with various business units. Advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite products with a superior knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel. Proven ability to execute and drive results. Collaborative, adaptable and detail-oriented. Complex problem-solving, and strong analytical skills are required Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, prioritize critical issues, and work under pressure Knowledge of testing automation is a plus but not required Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, prioritize critical issues, and work under pressure Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL would be an advantage Ability to work in a long-distance team environment is required
