Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Autocad Designer located in Mumbai. The Autocad Designer will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, construction drawings, space planning, and communicating design concepts effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
  • Experience in Space Planning
  • Knowledge of Autocad software
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Auto CAD with 3 D Knowledge JD :

Designing and drafting detailed 2D and 3D models for various industries like architecture, mechanical engineering, and product design, requiring proficiency in AutoCAD's 3D features, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to meet specifications. 

Key Responsibilities:

3D Model Creation:

Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of structures, products, or components using AutoCAD's 3D modeling capabilities. 

·      
Technical Drawing:

Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings and plans from blueprints or scratch, ensuring accuracy and precision

·      
Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications. 

·      
Design Revision:

Modify and refine designs based on project feedback, evolving requirements, and technical requirements.

Documentation:

Prepare necessary technical documentation to support designs. 

·      Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulations.

Project Management:

Manage and maintain drawing files and project documentation efficiently.

Essential Skills

AutoCAD Proficiency:

Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, particularly its advanced 3D modeling features. 

·      
3D Visualization:

Ability to visualize and create depth, perspective, and realistic representation in 3D models. 

·      Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of designs.

·      
Spatial Awareness:

Good spatial awareness to effectively design and manipulate objects in three dimensions. 

·      
Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.

·      
Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of relevant industry principles (e.g., architecture, mechanical engineering, construction) to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Teamwork:

Strong collaborative and teamwork skills for working with project teams.
