We are seeking in roles : Manager Accounting (Finance Transition Manager) and a skilled Accountant (Financial Analyst) with strong experience in FP&A to join our client's team
who will have the opportunity to champion their Global Finance Transformation by providing quality analysis from their new Center of Excellence. This role will primarily support onshore partners by providing reporting and analytics, aimed at delivering actionable insights that drives profitable growth. The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, Whitefield office
What you will do :
Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Management Reporting, Analysis & Business Partnering :
∙Perform month end closing tasks, reporting and analysis including but not limited to, actuals,
allocations, intercompany service charges, revenue, backlog and compliance ∙Responsible for forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis collaborating with relevant teams
∙Prepare and communicate timely, accurate and consistent results & identify key drivers
providing insights to support decision making ∙Act as the trusted partner and subject matter expert on finance issues providing guidance/training for all related systems & reporting
∙Resolve issues independently and interact with teams within or outside of discipline
addressing complex problems ∙Participate in and/or lead the development of business process improvements as part of the Global Finance Strategy
Process Transition & Improvement:
∙Perform the tasks related to the transition of the projects in line with COE scope of work,
timelines, business requirements and defined metrics/KPIs ∙Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, define and own the documentation (instruction manuals and scorecards/trackers)
∙Partner with multiple global stakeholders on day-to-day operations ∙Identify and leverage on tools and technologies to transform processes. ∙Drive continuous improvement via simplification, standardization and automation ∙Embed change management best practices
What you will have :
∙Proven experience in FP&A, reporting, analysis and month end processes. ∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data, trends and patterns ∙Excellent customer service skills working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes ∙Self-starter, works well independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills ∙Exhibits Initiative, curiosity and independence ∙Showcased leadership skills, good judgement, and accountability in prior roles ∙Experience in process transitions and transformations in a virtual environment.
Qualification Mandate :
Education / Certification : This position requires CA, CMA, MBA in Finance with the required years of progressive experience mentioned with respect to the role in titles and demonstrating at least 3 years of employment stability in each position held previously.
For role in Accountant (Financial Analyst) - Only qualified CA with PQE of 7 -10+ years of FP&A progressive experience.
For role in Manager Accounting (Finance Transition Manager) - CA, CMA, MBA with 12 to 15+ years of FP&A progressive experience.
