Role - Associate Director - GCC Sales

Location - Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Acquisition:

· Identify and target potential clients in alignment with our service offerings and strategic objectives.

· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

· Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the Indian market.


2. Alliance Channel Sales:

· Driving strategic relationships with our Cloud & Data Partners – managing Partnership Development Managers and other stakeholders within these partners.

· Manage and maintain relationships with alliance partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving mutual value.

· Scaling Alliances business by building relationship, visibility, and preferred positioning with Partnerships Program Managers.

· Collaborate with internal teams to leverage alliances for business development, joint marketing initiatives, and solution offerings.


3. Collaboration with Practice Team for Propositions:

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

· Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales and alliances team.
