We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing solely on driving our creative projects and ensuring seamless execution across all platforms. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of creative workflows and a passion for managing end-to-end creative processes.Responsibilities:
- Creative Campaign Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of social media, email marketing campaigns, and content strategies.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Collaborate with team to produce engaging copy for marketing materials, social posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Design Oversight: Work with designers to ensure visual elements align with the brand’s vision and campaign goals.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking of content across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, creative briefs, and deliverables to keep projects on track, ensuring high-quality results.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, content management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IG, X, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
