Learn more about our innovative solutions by visiting our website . Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team in Kota on a full-time basis. This mid-level position will play a key role in our sales strategy by leveraging your expertise in industrial automation and instrumentation to drive growth and build client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Profound knowledge and expertise with industrial automation products (Mandatory skill). Bachelor's degree in technology with a focus on Instrumentation (Mandatory skill). Strong understanding of automation solutions in industrial contexts (Mandatory skill). Proven experience in client relationship management to foster long-lasting partnerships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to clearly articulate technical information. Experience in technical pre-sales to effectively support the sales process with technical expertise. Proficiency in PLC programming to facilitate product demonstrations and client queries. Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales achievements. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure alignment between clients' needs and technical solutions. Act as a technical consultant, providing knowledge and expertise on industrial automation products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight benefits. Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and reports tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contracts with clients, balancing company capabilities with client expectations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to maintain competitive knowledge.
