Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Event Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through the sale of event spaces, corporate packages, and related services. The Corporate Event Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to attract corporate clients for our events. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of the corporate event industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Devise effective sales strategies to attract clients and drive revenue growth for the event venue or organization.
- Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their event requirements.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Event Planning Support: Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events, understanding client specifications and ensuring they are met.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, using insights to refine sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management on sales forecasts, trends, and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to coordinate efforts and achieve overall business objectives.
