As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented SQL and Power BI Developer to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SQL and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions and insightful visualizations to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: SQL Development: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Design and optimize relational database schemas and stored procedures. Perform data cleansing, validation, and profiling. Work with large datasets and ensure performance tuning of queries. Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. Power BI Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Implement DAX formulas for advanced calculations and KPIs. Create data models and relationships within Power BI. Integrate multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI. Ensure data accuracy, performance, and visual appeal of reports. Publish and manage Power BI reports and datasets in the Power BI Service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in SQL and Power BI development. Strong understanding of database concepts and data warehousing. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing performance. Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.G., Azure) and Power BI Gateway. Familiarity with version control tools (e.G., Git).
