Website Manager

Role Title: Website Manager Industry: Management Consulting Hours: Full-time, contract Location: India, Remote Role We are looking for a Web Developer with at least 3 years of strong practical website design and web development experience. The role will have increased autonomy to redesign, optimise and maintain the Eupnea website across all devices (pc, mobile and tablet) and profiles of the company in various online platforms, while you will also work closely with a small team of consultants in our Sales team in India to drive sales activities through our website and overall presence in the web. Primary Role Responsibilities - Own development of Eupnea’s website to drive increased engagement and deliver excellent experience to visitors and clients; - Deliver a comprehensive redesign of the website across all platforms (pc, mobile and tablet versions) and create excellently designed, visually stunning and highly effective landing pages to support activities in the Sales team; - Provide websitefeature development, web architecture, email marketing integration (with Hubspot and other marketing platforms/databases), systems integration, data capture forms, front-end website performance management and back-end website management (e.G. security, storage, administration, etc.) - Support measurement of key website performance metrics and production of weekly and monthly reports, including website traffic, brand reputation, audience engagement, sales conversion, client acquisition and return on investment - Support development of Eupnea’s overall online presence in the web through the Eupnea website and across social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, and other appropriate online platforms for client engagement and review, - Help with implementing highly effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to deliver ambitious incremental website traffic against set targets, and - Optimise Content Management and Distribution across the web to drive awareness amongst clients of the Eupnea's consulting services and brand. Skills & Experience Required - A Bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant field - 3+ years of experience as a web developer or similar role - Proven track record for building excellent websites for B2B firms, for example a consultancy or software provider (must-have to be considered) - Excellent knowledge of website performance improvement and optimization best practices, as well as, troubleshooting - Strong practical knowledge of CMS implementation (Hubspot CMS) and WP environments (e.G. Elementor) is required - Deep expertise and hands on experience with web development programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's - Deep understanding of web design, development (live and test modes) and maintenance, as well as, third-party web applications (website/WP plugins and integrations with B2B revenue attribution platforms, visitor behaviour analytics tools, etc.) - Excellent familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO), A/B testing of website pages, social media platforms and digital marketing and advertising. Practical experience will be considered a Plus - Ability to work as part of a small team in a highly entrepreneurial environment - Excellent written and oral communication skills, and analytical thinking skills Your application will only be considered if you have strong experience in building websites.
