You’re a match :
- Expertise in Customer Journey mapping.
- Expertise in Feedback Management methodology.
- Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, …).
- Ability to build and follow Customer Experience Dashboard.
- Proven experience >3 years leading innovative Customer Experience approach.
- Experience in service B2B industry or possibly B2C.
- BA degree and MBA preferred in business, economic, market research or numerate subject.
