  • Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.



You’re a match :


  • Expertise in Customer Journey mapping.
  • Expertise in Feedback Management methodology.
  • Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, …).
  • Ability to build and follow Customer Experience Dashboard.
  • Proven experience >3 years leading innovative Customer Experience approach.
  • Experience in service B2B industry or possibly B2C.
  • BA degree and MBA preferred in business, economic, market research or numerate subject.
