Successful integrationenhances organizational agility collaboration anddecisionmaking capabilities. Salesforce integration and customizationREST web services API Integration SalesforceAPIs(SFDC SFMC) and Common Data Model Data Modeling and Processing Data Flows SQLQueries RequirementsDevelop and design integration workflows and processes usingWorkato to connect applicationsacross cloudand onpremises environments. UtilizeWorkato's capabilities to create seamless data flowsand automation between differentsystems witha focus on optimising business processes. Leverage strong experience in Salesforceintegration and customization to connect Salesforcewithother applications and systems. Implement solutions that enable thesynchronization of data between Salesforce andexternalplatforms ensuring a unified anduptodate view of customer information. Analyse integration requirements provided by stakeholders andconduct a gap analysis to identifyanymissing or unmet needs in the integration processes. Work closely with business users and ITteams to understand their requirements andtranslatethem into effective integrationsolutions. Demonstrate a strongunderstanding of REST web services and API integration principles. Implement integrations using RESTful APIsto facilitate communication between differentsystemsand ensure data consistency. Have solid knowledge of Salesforce APIsincluding Salesforce (SFDC) and SalesforceMarketingCloud (SFMC). Work with the Common Data Model to ensurestandardised data structures and seamlessdataexchange between Salesforce and otherintegrated applications. Apply proficiencyin data modelling to design efficient data structures that supportintegrationrequirements. Utilize SQL queries to process data flowsextract information from databases and transformdataas needed for successful integration. Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding business analysts developers andsystemadministrators to gather requirementsand implement effective integration solutions. Communicate technical concepts andsolutions to nontechnicalstakeholders.
