Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and data migration tools.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder are a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively.
