Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate - Events located in Bangalore. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for communication, market research, sales, marketing, and project management tasks related to event planning and execution.


Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and Managing the annual events calendar
  • Manage the conceptualization and execution of BONOMI hosted events, and support participation in external events. 
  • Own and periodically update the events toolkit.
  • Vendor Management - Maintain and build a database of event management vendors, venues and all associated requirements. 
  • Ecosystem analysis for all external events (India + Global; Impact sector + Mainstream) relevant for Sattva. 
  • Evaluate the Return on Objectives (ROO management) of all events 
  • Creative development - oversee and support on creative development for event collaterals - Invites, Event day collaterals etc 
  • Database management - Track and monitor event outreach list to ensure we optimise event attendance. 
  • Landscape Analysis & Market Research to keep abreast of the latest developments in event experience. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, including negotiation, outreach management and budgeting. 
  • Familiarity with Event management systems and CRM tools 
  • Experienced In medium to large scale, person and online events. Experience in impact sector events will be a bonus. 
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Problem-solving mindset - Addressing diverse challenges with a combination of rigour, curiosity, creativity, and empathy
  • Creativity and Innovation - Encouraging new ideas and innovations, introducing novel approaches and solutions that drive positive change and value.
