Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve basic software-related issues. Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and support tickets with high professionalism. Escalate complex problems to senior technical team members. Run simple SQL queries and assist in creating custom reports. Document issues and resolutions accurately in the system. Continuously learn company tools, APIs, and platforms. Follow defined workflows, SLAs, and support processes. Maintain excellent customer service and communication etiquette. Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Support / IT Helpdesk. Basic understanding of operating systems and software applications. Good knowledge of SQL or relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL). Exposure to PHP is a plus (not mandatory). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
