Job Title : Store Manager ( For multiple stores of ABFRL, based out of Bangalore)Experience Required : 5 - 10 years

Job Purpose

To manage the retail operations of the respective store efficiently and run it as a successful SBU through effective stock management, visual merchandising and achieve the desired sales targets while ensuring the customer service of highest standards.

Standard Operating ProceduresEnsure that store opening standards are followed properlyResponsible for personnel planning, work hours, store / team holiday planInventory management and planning for each product categoryEnsure effective display and quicker refill without spoiling the garmentsControl mechanical maintenance of lights, air-system, electrical equipmentReports property damage, request needed repairs within company time framesConducts monthly meetings and prepares documents as per the manualEnsure the installation signage display installed and façade properly cleaned

People Management

Schedule the shifts of the staff, and ensure the punctuality of the staffMotivate the staff during the morning briefing about the sales targetsRegular training on fabrics, styles and fashion to the store staff

Customer service

Establish rapport with potential and actual customersEnsure clean and safe environment for the customerKeep the customer fully informed of developments & even stays in touch with the customer on key developments

Store Operations Management

Ensure the global count as scheduled in the SOP manualImplementation of the visual merchandising plan along with the VM teamInventory control as per the standardsconduct store audits and is able recommend corrective actions
