We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketer & Lead Generation Executive who can build a strong digital presence, attract high-quality B2B leads, and amplify Enerzi’s brand across India and global markets. Enerzi is a pioneer in Industrial Microwave Heating Systems , Microwave-Plasma Clean Hydrogen Generation , and Nano-Carbon Engineering . With 18+ years of R&D, 11+ patents, and global clients across rubber, foundry, food, polymers, defence labs and material science, Enerzi is shaping the future of industrial heating and clean energy. Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Email Marketing). Manage Enerzi’s digital properties – website, LinkedIn pages, YouTube channels (Signal Sensei, Enerzi, NariUdyami). Publish posts, carousels, videos, and technical content consistently. Optimize SEO for industrial microwave systems, hydrogen tech, and nanocarbon solutions. Track performance metrics, campaign ROI, and analytics dashboards. Lead Generation Identify B2B prospects in rubber factories, foundries, food processing, composites, ceramics, battery material manufacturing , etc. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools. Execute outreach (email + LinkedIn + cold reach-outs). Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales calls. Support the sales team with pitch decks, brochures, and sales materials. Content Creation Work with the founder to create deeptech-friendly content for social media. Draft industry insights, posts, newsletters, reels, and case studies. Assist in designing basic creatives, presentations, and marketing collateral. Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Lead Generation (B2B preferred). Strong command of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation funnels. Basic design skills (Canva or similar). Good understanding of industrial/technology sectors (engineering background is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn deeptech concepts. Good to Have Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho). SEO keyword strategy for technical products. Understanding of hydrogen ecosystem, materials science, or industrial machinery.
