This role involves an initial solo international deputation on a single visa status (i.e., not family-accompanied).

This opportunity is providing a scope to independently lead analytics for the region and establish data-driven practices from the ground up working closely with the Promoter of the company and help drive business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Data Visualization & Business Intelligence (Tableau Focus)

• Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards to visualize performance metrics and trends.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define, create, and monitor KPIs that align with strategic business goals.
• Proactively identify what data needs to be reviewed and provide direction on what insights leadership should be focusing on.

Data Exploration & Business Insight

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Use data storytelling to highlight opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
• Help business units make data-informed decisions through deep dives, models, and scenario analysis.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and MIS teams to gather requirements and recommend data strategies that drive growth.
• Not just a data provider — be a strategic advisor who shapes how data is used in day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

Predictive Analytics & Forecasting

• Support forecasting and scenario planning using predictive models.
• Guide strategic business moves with data-backed projections and simulations.

Data Governance & Accuracy

• Ensure all data used is validated, structured, and secure.
• Maintain high standards for data quality across all reporting platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 to 7+ years in business analytics, data visualization, or a similar field. Experience into Diamond and Jewellery will be added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau – capable of building interactive dashboards and custom visuals for varied audiences.
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and preferably Python or R.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience working with large, unstructured data sets and converting them into actionable insights.

Must-Have Qualities:

• Hands-on experience creating and managing KPIs.
• Ability to guide the business on what data needs to be monitored to improve outcomes.
• A proactive mindset – someone who plays with data to uncover opportunities and supports strategic decision-making without waiting for instructions.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical teams.

Bonus:

• Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics tools is a plus.
