Job Description:-
The Database Expert is a highly skilled professional responsible for managing, designing, implementing, and optimizing complex database solutions.
They play a key role in ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of databases within an organization.
This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Database Design and Architecture: Understand and assess the Application Design and database architectures to provide the inputs for improvement.
Evaluate and recommend database technologies and solutions based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures for various database systems. And provide suggestions to the end user for Improvement in the same.
Database Administration: Perform regular database monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions. Support the Backup time to ensure that the backups of the databases are optimized.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related problems. In perspective of the Operating systems and overall environment.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in databases and Operating system / Network and optimize query performance. Understanding of analyzing AWR report and other performance report is must.
Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with cloud-based database services (eg, AWS RDS, Azure Database) is a plus.
