Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, support transaction operations, and maintain data accuracy across multiple financial platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Software & Data Management Update daily NAVs and transaction feeds in CRM systems Perform weekly/monthly data backups and reconciliations Address and resolve software-related queries Client Engagement Manage complete client onboarding (KYC to app login) Maintain and update client information and key records Prepare investment plans and share customised/standard reports Transaction Processing Execute daily online and offline transactions across product categories Process NSENMF transactions end-to-end Ensure accurate, timely completion of all client transactions Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking with strong accounting foundation 2–3 years’ experience in mutual fund back-office operations Proficiency in platforms like Wealth Elite, IFA Now, Ngen, NSENMF Strong CRM handling—email, calls, messaging, and query resolution Excellent time management and attention to detail Interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with clients and team Good Excel skills (charts, tables, formulas) NISM V-A certification is an added advantage Why Join Wudstreet Opportunity to work across diverse functions and build multi-skill expertise Dynamic environment with daily exposure to financial markets Interaction with top professionals in the mutual fund industry Flat hierarchy, flexibility, and high ownership Small team offering independence and room to experiment If you are committed to delivering exceptional client service and eager to grow in the financial services space, we would love to meet you.
