Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Process Overview

This role supports Treasury's Global Funding Desk/BSM teams ; specifically focused on the trading and funding risk Analytics buildout and maintenance of those.

Job Description

Employees interact daily with internal and external constituents including business lines, other Treasury functions such as Balance Sheet Management (BSM), Finance, Capital Management, Investor Relations and Global Liquidity Management, Legal, internal control partners, regulators, market dealers, and investors.

This role requires critical thinking about the many challenges facing our company and industry with an emphasis on attention to detail, teamwork and strong communication skills.

Treasury provides an opportunity to gain broad knowledge about the company and its many businesses as well as the global markets in which we transact.

Your day to day experience will be varied and challenging, and will allow you to extend your skills within various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buildout Analytics and Dashboards for the desk/BSM teams which help them in decision making in relation to their positions/Risk/PNL etc.,
  • Automate processes which are currently being run manually
  • Built dashboards based on requirements provided by the traders/BSM teams
  • Maintain all the existing infrastructure (mainly the dashboards)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of Hands on experience in JavaScript/React/Angular frameworks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, analytical, investigative problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of financial markets/products is desired
  • Ability to code in Python or any other OOO programming is an added advantage
