Responsibilities

  • Accounting, book-keeping & recording transactions in books of accounts (Tally, Zoho, etc)
  • Responsible for maintaining end to end of accounts & ledgers for the transactions of the firm
  • Preparation of excel statements for building periodic MIS reporting
  • Preparing data for filing taxations (eg GST, TDS) & compliance
  • Manage end to end accounts payable & receivables processes - generating invoice, reconciling transactions, tracking collections etc
  • Manage the payroll process end to end
  • Responsible for streamlining the payments process - getting necessary approvals, building accounts provisions, processing payments, conducting reconciliations, etc
  • Coordinate with the auditors for internal, tax & statutory audits


Good to Have

  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing accounts & compliance of startups
  • Experience in Tally, Zoho & other accountancy related softwares
  • Proficiency in excel & managing accounts reconciliations


CTC - Upto Rs. 10 Lakhs (basis last drawn)

Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai
