Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated and dynamic Life Ready Course Facilitator to deliver an engaging, structured course covering critical life skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with people, explaining ideas in an exciting and structured manner, and a desire for continuous learning. The facilitator will lead virtual classes and create a productive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the Life Ready course virtually to 6 different student groups, conducting six sessions daily, Monday to Friday.
Provide clear and concise instruction on geopolitical and socio-economic indicators, taxation, employment rules, financial literacy, and soft skills essential for employment.
Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.
Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a supportive and approachable virtual learning environment.
Ensure virtual classes are conducted in a quiet and professional setting.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Maintain daily availability from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 120-minute break (7 hour workday).
Be available on Saturdays as a backup and to provide student support if required.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of one year of experience as a soft skills trainer or in a related role.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to deliver virtual classes effectively.
Approachable and supportive teaching style.
Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms and tools.
Ability to maintain a quiet and professional virtual teaching environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international students.
Knowledge of the latest trends in educational technology and virtual learning.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
