Job Description:Prepare and work on functional objectives and goals for the human resource team, aligned with our Organizational goals and strategiesReview the progress of team, tasks and strategies regularly, make necessary modifications for an effective implementation and desired results.Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
