Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Sourcing products and services as per the Organization's policy.

2. Act as a point of contact between the Company and Suppliers.

3. Identify and develop vendors with a vision of building strategic partnerships.

4. Negotiate contract terms and deadlines with vendors/Suppliers.

5. Liason with internal Stakeholders to have a proper understanding of the requirements and actively participate in Vendor finalization.

6. Timely issuance of Purchase Orders to the vendors.

7. Automate and digitize the existing Supply chain processes.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Overall Experience of 2-6 years.
  • Experience in managing procurement related to Facilities, Manpower Services, Travel, IT, Marketing and HR. ( All or some these categories).
  • Experience of Master Data Management and Contract Management.
  • Strong Negotiation and Analytical Skills.
  • Hands-on on Excel , Oracle experience
  • Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Negotiating Contracts with vendors and ensuring cost-effective deals have been signed.
  • Prior Experience with Start-ups /Fast Paced Organisation will be an added advantage.
