Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Palej , Gujrat

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Industry - Steel manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • * Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • * Develop and automate reporting dashboards for management decision-making.
  • * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
  • * Coordinate with different teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) for data consolidation.
  • * Prepare presentations, summaries, and insights for management reviews.
  • * Support management in data-driven planning and performance tracking.
  • * Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, variances, and anomalies in data.
  • * Manage and update databases, Excel trackers, and reporting tools.
  • * Provide ad-hoc reports and analytical support as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MS Access / SQL / Power BI / Tableau will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
