About the Role: Position Title: AI / Gen Ai Engineer Corporate Title: Analyst Location: Bengaluru Job Profile: Position details: The AI / Gen AI Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI and Gen AI solutions. This role focuses on building scalable models, supporting automation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI capabilities across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: AI / Gen AI Development & Implementation: Develop and maintain AI/Gen AI models and applications tailored to business needs. Collaborate on solution design, prototyping, testing, and deployment. Support the development of chatbots and automation flows using LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks, fine tuning Evaluate, develop AI/Gen AI solution with LLMs from leading providers (e.g., Open AI, Claude, Llama). Contribute to the integration of AI tools into existing systems and workflows. Infrastructure & Technology Stack: Assist in designing and deploying infrastructure components for AI workloads across on-premise and cloud environments. Work with Azure services such as MS Open AI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB. Security & Compliance: Implement security controls to safeguard data and models. Ensure AI solutions comply with internal security and governance standards. Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with business and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Support training sessions and create documentation to enable users and developers. Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to a community of practice. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for deployed AI solutions, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. Job Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Min. 4 years of experience in the IT industry, with 3 years in AI/Gen AI development. Working knowledge of AI/Gen AI technologies including ML, NLP, and generative models. Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch). Experience with Azure Cloud services, MS Open AI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB. Deep understanding and practical experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, T5, BERT, etc. Familiar with open source such as projects like Lang Chain, Llama Index, Open LLM Excellent knowledge in Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic AI. Understanding MLOps and Data Ops practices. Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch) and cloud platforms (especially Azure). Experience with REST APIs and development frameworks like Django, Express.js, or Spring Boot. Exposure to data platforms, No SQL/RDBMS design, and analytics tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
