International Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and resourceful International Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in navigating the complexities of international markets and will be adept at driving sales and building relationships with key global clients. The role demands a strategic thinker who is able to operate autonomously, demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Attend international trade shows and conferences to network with industry professionals and keep abreast of market trends.
  • Manage complex client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant customer activity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel, if required (for exhibitions or client meeting).
