Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely Statutory financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Conduct regular financial reviews to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reflected in JDE. Partner with Hong Kong Finance Center and outsourced service provider (CapGemini) to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing and reporting of all financial information, including balance sheet reconciliation. Owning the Intercompany accounting and reconciliation process including both execution and review aspects. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of OTC (Order to cash), PTP (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report) Manage internal & external audit processes. Ensure timely completion of Statutory, Cost and other Audits including dealing with auditors. Manage DOA (Delegation of Authority) process.
