Assistant Operation Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Operational Manager to lead a team of 60+ associates, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, overseeing performance reporting, coordinating with support departments, minimizing attrition levels, meeting SLAs, tracking productivity metrics, and implementing training programs to enhance productivity and quality levels.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs): Team Handling and Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of 80+ associates, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and achievement of goals. Productivity Improvement:
Drive monthly team productivity enhancements based on previous month benchmarks. Quality Output Improvement : Enhance overall and individual team quality outputs in alignment with internal benchmarks and client SLAs. Talent Retention : Implement strategies to minimize attrition within specified divisional norms. Quality Review Improvement : Ensure continuous improvement in quality reviews, as certified by the client through weekly review calls. Team Motivation : Foster a motivated work environment to handle volume spikes and meet SLAs consistently. Knowledge Sharing : Facilitate training and development programs to disseminate process updates and ensure knowledge transfer among team members. Absenteeism Management : Keep team absenteeism at a minimum while ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations. Conflict Management : Resolve conflicts within the team promptly to maintain optimal performance levels.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Relocation : Candidates must be ready to relocate internationally. Education : Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in the BPO sector, with at least 2 years in an Assistant Operational Manager role. Shifts : Rotational shifts and week offs required. Work Location : Onsite project with provided accommodation, food, visa, and travel expenses. Salary : Competitive salary package as per market standards. Documentation : Valid passport and double vaccinated certificate required.
