Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. The role involves building effective hiring strategies, leading a team of recruiters, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, etc.).
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio).
  • Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and practices.
